Rockstar Supernova – Storm goes home! Dilana stays?

OK. I’ll admit that I actually liked Dilana at the beginning of this season of Rockstar. She came across pretty edgy, and unique. But as the weeks went on, it didn’t take long before I saw right through her. Ever since about week 3 or 4, I started to think she was way overrated, and now it’s proven with this video…

Good god! Is this what we can expect from Supernova given the slim chance that she actually WINS this thing? I’ve listened to some of the earlier stuff from the likes of Storm, Ryan and Josh, and I actually really liked it. But give me a break! This hokey pop song is so bad that I’m surprised they even let her on the show to begin with.

OK. Now that my rant is over. It’s time to talk about tonight’s show.
Toby’s Encore was frustrating to watch. Not because of the song itsself, but because of his TOTAL lack of showmanship. The entire time
I was saying to myself. “Please just stay on the stage!” And off he goes into the crowd for the 4th?… maybe 5th week in a row? What is with that? It’s like he’s scared to be in the spotlight, so he runs around the crowd like he’s playing at a high-school dance. I liked the song though. Probably one of the better ones he’s done.

Dilana actually did OK tonight. Not great but good enough. Good for her to be so active up there even when she couldn’t walk. Not sure if it’s all an act or what, but I’ll give her the benifit of the doubt.

Lukas was great as always. I love his original stuff way more than all of these covers. Hope that next week he gets to do another one.

I’m sorry to see Storm go, but I kind-of expected it. She has a really cool style that we really never got to see on the show. Just search for “storm inc” on www.youtube.com and you will see what I mean. It’s too bad that it’s not until after she’s gone that I discover how good she really is. Oh well. I’m sure that this isn’t the last we’ll see of her.

Looking forward to the Final four next week. I can’t wait! My prediction. Lukas & Magni are the final two, and Lukas takes it all.
